Download the Expression of Interest form here. Complete the form and send it with your proof of identification and proof of address to sales@denmanprospect.com.au. Alternatively, you can print the form and submit in person at the Land Sales Office at 37 Kondelea Way, Denman Prospect.
Registrations for this release closed 4pm, 10 February 2021.
We will contact you to book a block selection appointment for Saturday 13 February 2021. A $5000 deposit is required to place the block on hold until you exchange contracts. This payment forms part of the 5% deposit required when you exchange contracts.
Contact your financial institute to finalise your 5% deposit.
Arrange with your solicitor for contracts to be exchanged and pay the balance of your 5% deposit. Exchange must occur on or before 5pm Friday 26 February 2021 or the block will be returned to market.
Settlement is anticipated to occur early-mid 2022. We will provide regular updates regarding civil construction and when settlement is likely to occur. The balance of your purchase is payable at Settlement.
