Expressions of interest are being sought for the purchase of Section 72 Denman Prospect to develop a mixed-use aged care facility to cater for those looking to downsize to lower maintenance dwellings with amenities suited to their lifestyle.

The 12,150m2 site is relatively flat and is directly adjacent to Ridgeline Park and a short distance to the Denman Village Shops.

When describing what the mixed-use facility could look like, Denman Prospect’s Director of Project Delivery Nick McDonald-Crowley said the vision is to include light commercial uses to provide amenity to self-supported housing in an aged care environment.

“The Land Use for this site is very broad and offers the opportunity to construct multi-storey structures over four storeys,” said Mr McDonald-Crowley.

“Uses such as a coffee shop or communal area are envisaged, but this will be determined by the aged care providers who establish the facility.”

Expressions of interest close on 10 August at 2pm.
