We’re excited to be building Denman Prospect’s newest park

Construction has commenced on Denman Prospect’s newest park opposite Denman Village Shops.

Denman Village Park will feature a new playground, complete with barbecue areas, toilets, recreational facilities and more.

We anticipate the playground will open in Spring 2024.

There will be increased activity in the area during construction and temporary closures including:

• Closure to trail access underneath Holborow Avenue Bridge
• Closure of some parallel parking bays on Felstead Vista
• Intermittent and partial closures of the car park opposite the shops for cranage and site deliveries (advance warning will be provided)
• Heavy vehicles will be in the area and temporary traffic management will bein place on Felstead Vista
